At Springbok Official Retail, we want you to wear your green and gold with pride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official South African Rugby hologram tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned kit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
